Sam’s service was EXCEPTIONAL EXCELLENT GREAT AWESOME SMART & EFFICIENT. He is a well oiled, fine tuned machine. From scheduling at the front end of the process, to arrival at my home and performance of the repair, (the second stage of the process) to a successful repair and payment process with a reasonable fair price, this service cannot be beat by anyone. I have had other appliance repair done in my home by a variety of repair companies and I was impressed by Sam’s having covered ALL the bases with smart well thought out business practices using a variety of tools and technologies. My dishwasher backed up, would not drain and flooded my kitchen AFTER normal business hours in the evening after supper. I was able to text Sam’s and provide details immediately and schedule repair immediately rather than waiting until the following day for customary business hours. EXPERIENCE + KNOWLEDGE was demonstrated by Sam’s ability to find the problem quickly. A couple of olive pits had gotten lost in the innards of the drain pump and motor and once they were removed we were back in business in less than an hour’s time. Sam knew that my model dishwasher was most likely to have this type of problem and zeroed right in on the target without ANY fiddling around. I could not be happier at how well things went. I am clearly a satisfied customer.

My Samsung washer of 9 years went up in smoke....and I had been all over Stark and Summit county trying to get some straight answers on replacement parts and service...with no consistent or straight answers....everyone just wanted to sell me bull$&@#. Yes, all repairs are done in your home
Yes, when the schedule works out that way. Generally, we stay booked a few days out.
We try to fit in URGENT repairs like refrigerators and freezers, but each situation is different.
This is our most common question.
The online REPAIR REQUEST form gives us everything we need to know.
If your description of the problem is sufficient, there is almost no reason to speak to us personally.
After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email and text with your JOB ORDER number. Shortly thereafter we will send a message notifying you of the scheduled date and time.
Like any business, we appreciate advance notice so we can fill that repair slot with another job.
If you cancel when we are already on our way, or if no one is at home, we will bill you 50% of a service call fee.
We cannot make up lost opportunity on such short notice.
That is a great question! It comes up a lot.
Generally speaking, if the cost of repair approaches 50% of the purchase price to replace the appliance, we will recommend AGAINST repairing the appliance.
The customer has the final decision. The service call fee still applies. To ease your expense, we have coordinated a $40 DISCOUNT applied toward the new purchase with Grove Appliance of Alliance.
